The customer report displays the percentage or number of pallet locations visited for an entire warehouse. The graphs for each zone will also appear, as well as the graphs for each zone's activated faces. For faces only, error and empty slot graphs are also displayed. This provides a detailed view of the inventory for each item in a warehouse, for the chosen period.
More in detail:
- Selection: A period is required and a warehouse must be selected. It is possible to delete selections.
- Period: Date or period to be typed in or selected from the calendar. Minimum date: 1/1/2022. Maximum date: same day.
- Repositories: You can select a repository.
- Graphs: A number of graphs will be displayed, showing the progress of the inventory for :
- The chosen depot ;
- Each zone containing activated faces;
- Below the graph for each zone, the graphs for all activated faces.
A message is displayed indicating that some items do not appear, either because there is no data, or because some faces were created and activated after the selected date range.
If there is no data for the entire selected warehouse, a message is displayed and PDF and CSV files cannot be downloaded.
- PDF : The first page contains an interactive table of contents.
The next page summarizes several data points:- Selected period
- PDF export date
- The user who generated the report
- The company
- The selected depot
- The list of faces inspected in this depot
- The graph of the warehouse
- A summary of the executions with included:
- The number and percentage of pallet locations inventoried;
- An estimate of the number of pallet locations inventoried at this rate;
- The number of inventories per pallet location per year at this rate.
