The dashboard allows you to monitor inventory and various elements such as errors, empty slots, average time per slot, number of re-do / operator movements. It is possible to display these values on a selection of one or more warehouses / zones / faces, for a chosen time period.
When this page is displayed, the graphs appear empty. As soon as you select a date and validate the form, each graph will be filled in automatically.
More in detail :
- Selection: A period is required and the choice of at least 1 deposit. It is possible to select one or more depots, one or more zones, one or more faces. To save time when selecting zones and faces, a 'group of 10 zones/faces' option lets you select 10 at a time. Selections can be deleted.
- Period: Date or period to be typed in or selected from the calendar. Minimum date: 1/1/2022. Maximum date: same day. By default, pre-selected dates correspond to the month (from day to day) preceding today's date.
- Show customer report: Checking this option displays the percentage of pallet locations visited for an entire depot. This page includes graphics of the depot, its zones and faces.
- Warehouses: Up to 10 warehouses can be selected. Selecting 1 dynamically displays the zones and activated faces it contains in two new drop-down menus.
- Zones: It is possible to select several zones (10 maximum), or a group of 10 for rapid display. If a group is selected, the entire zone is grayed out. Selecting 1 zone dynamically displays the activated faces it contains.
- Faces: You can select several faces (10 maximum), or a group of 10, to display them quickly. If a group is selected, the whole is grayed out. Clicking on 'Validate' fills the graphs, and the 'Download PDF' button appears if there is data.
- Charts:
Several options appear once the form has been submitted:
○ Display values in percentages / numbers
○ Display error and empty datas before or after mission corrections (modifications to codes read or expected, slots declared empty, etc.). The 2 graphs will be updated according to the choice made.
○ Include NO_SCAN errors in the mandatory code error graph
○ Filter graph errors by mandatory acquisition (if 2 or + mandatory acquisitions, otherwise the name of the scanner acquisition is indicated)
By default, chart titles are in percentages. They are dynamic according to the ‘Percentages / Numbers’ choice.
An explanatory tooltip, also dynamic according to choice, is located next to the title of each graph.
- Download PDF' and 'Download CSV' buttons:
In the PDF, regardless of the data format selected (percentages or numbers), the graphs displayed correspond to this selection, as do the contents of the tooltips for greater clarity in the PDF.
CSV, on the other hand, contains data in number format only. Download buttons are displayed once the selection has been validated and if data is available. If the entire selection has no data, it does not appear.
A message is displayed indicating that some items are missing, either because there is no data, or because some faces were created and activated after the selected date range.
The 6 graphs displayed can be downloaded in PDF format, along with the selected period and the linear graph of sums. The download button appears once the selection has been validated and if there is any data. If the entire selection has no data, it does not appear.
- PDF :
The first page contains a summary of several data items:
○ Selected period
○ PDF export date
○ User who generated the report
○ Company name
○ Selected depot
○ A summary of executions
○ Graph of total pallet locations inventoried, with title
○ A possible note indicating that certain selected items do not appear in the graphs if there is no data for them, or if certain faces were created and activated after the selected date range
○ An indication of the options chosen
The other 2 pages contain graphs of pallet locations inventoried, pallet locations visited, mandatory code errors, empty pallet locations, average time in seconds per pallet location, re-dos, and operator offsets.
