Inside a warehouse menu, you can define some default configurations specific to this warehouse from the Preferences menu.

1. To create inventories, you must specify the number of characters corresponding to the face name within the naming convention. For example, if the face name is 'A1' in the naming 'A1-01-002', you must enter 2.

2. Location naming rule that will be used by default in this warehouse for each zone and face. It is the same type as the one created at the zone level.

3. Acquisition group: You can choose a default acquisition group, which will be automatically preselected when creating a face.

4. Report configuration: Setting a default configuration here will save time when downloading scans from a completed mission in the desired format.

5. It is possible to add a header line to the CSV acquisition file exports (after a completed mission).

6. Choose the separator for your expected file based on how your Excel file stores data: semicolon or comma.

7. In the downloaded execution reports, it is possible to display all acquisitions for a single location on the same line. By default, this value is set to 'Yes'.
   

8. To save time when creating a face, a default location naming can be defined here to allow these fields to be selected automatically.
