If you have lost your EYESEE account password, here’s how to reset it:
1. Go to the Cloud: https://eyesee-cloud.com/, enter your email, and click Continue as if you were logging in:
2. Click on Forgot Password?:
3. Then click on the Reset Your Password button. An automatic email will be sent to you (it may sometimes end up in your spam folder) containing a 6-digit code.
4. Here is the format of the email you will receive. Copy the code and click on the “Reset My Password” link included in the email:
5. You will be redirected to a specific page where you can enter your email, the code from the email, and set a new password:
6. Click on the Reset Your Password button to complete the reset. A confirmation message will appear:
7. You can now log in to EYESEE Cloud or EYESEE APP using your email and the new password you just set.
Click Back to Login Page if you want to access the Cloud.
